Attorney Jason Itkin
In 2004, Jason Itkin and Kurt Arnold formed Arnold & Itkin LLP. Since then, the firm has worked tirelessly to win victories for those who have been injured by the wrongful conduct of companies. The firm's track record of winning multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements has catapulted it into one of the nations "go-to" firms for serious cases.
Jason graduated from the University of Texas with Special Honors in the Plan II Honors Program. Upon graduation, he went onto the University of Texas School of Law where he graduated with honors too. While at the University of Texas, Jason won several different honors and awards – not the least of which was the Dean's Achievement Awards in Professional Responsibility. He also remained active in the Liberal Arts Council, Student Services Board, and was voted as the President of the prestigious Silver Spurs.
Meet Jason Itkin
After graduating from law school, Jason began his career in the Attorney General’s Honors Program. It was there, that Jason tried his first cases. Jason left the Attorney General to accept a position at Susman Godfrey LLP—a well-known litigation boutique. Jason left Susman Godfrey with his good friend Kurt Arnold to form Arnold & Itkin LLP.
Today, Arnold & Itkin LLP handles serious cases nationwide. Jason has won cases in more than 20 states and maintains licenses in Texas, Pennsylvania, as well as the Second and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeal. Jason is also a fellow in the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
Jason spends most of his time working for his clients. He understands that it takes a special combination of hard-work, intelligence, and aggressiveness in order to win cases against large companies. This work ethic has served Jason’s clients well. Jason and his firm have won hundreds of millions of dollars for their clients inside and outside the Courtroom.
Jason’s victories have not gone unnoticed by the legal industry. For the last several years, Jason has been named as one of Texas Monthly’s "Rising Stars" and H Texas Magazine’s "Top Lawyers for the People." He was recently named as one of the "40 Under 40" in 2011 by the Houston Business Journal.
