Attorney Kyle Findley

A sixth generation Texan, Kyle was proud to enroll in the University of Texas in Austin. He graduated from there with a bachelor's degree in government with business foundations and was even able to achieve honors. Before he moved onto law school, however, he was able to gain vast experience working a national commercial real estate firm – there he was able to negotiate multi-million dollar transactions. In fact, he was honored with being able to close the company's largest national transaction.

He enjoyed working in the real estate industry, however, this was not where his true passion lay and he chose to instead enroll in the South Texas College of Law. While there, he was heavily involved in mock trial tournaments, as well as moot court and arbitration competitions. He was also able to clerk for Arnold & Itkin, LLP where he gained considerable experience.

He found himself drawn to the firm's unparalleled success within the legal industry and carried on as a lawyer upon graduation. Kyle is currently a member of the Texas Trial Lawyer's Association, the American Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association. He now put his experience to work for his clients in cases that range from commercial to maritime, land contamination to serious personal injury.

As a son of an attorney, he has a deep appreciation of the law and strongly believes in using his talents in an effort to help clients get their feet on sturdy ground once more. He recognizes how daunting it can be to deal with the aftermath of a catastrophic injury or accident and he does everything that he can to help his clients obtain the desirable outcome that they deserve. Clients can rest assured knowing that they truly have an advocate on their side should he choose to work with them.
